Due to lack of detail and skills with Minecraft server development, I'm looking to hire an additional Manager to my server, you will be a trusted individual with the intentions of running our server, and become my trusted partner to run it.
My server is currently in re-development, essentially we’ve had the server up and running for a couple of years. But it was all rushed, was never fully complete and honestly just fell apart overtime. So essentially, I’ve had a few managers step in to join me... but recently they’ve departed, leaving myself to take care of my team once again.
But we're on a great roll, we're great with planning and have a tight-core team who are mostly active.
We hopefully should have the server finished before the end of the year easily, or once 1.17 has been released. I don’t exactly want to rush the server, as I still want quality. But that’s the goal for now!
I have paid - 12 months of hosting through OVH, the server is entirely setup professionally. That includes lots of premium and custom plugins, graphics, discord, in-game builds and worlds. You do NOT need to pay for anything as an Owner. But if you'd like to share the funding, that would be incredible!
We’re supposedly a SMP, with a Medieval / Fantasy aspect. We currently have a main server operating that our old players are still playing on and off, and we’re keeping that running in the background, so we don’t loose our players.
We offer mcmmo, ranks, and your classic generic survival plugins. So that’s that, nothing special yet.
Now we’re re-developing the server completely.
We have a dev server that we’re essentially going to create everything on. And then once we’re complete flip the dev server into the main server and there will be no disruptions.
The dev server consists of a brand new spawn we’ve built, we have an in-house build team consisting of an incredibly talented head builder and then various other builders to help with other projects. We’re aiming to have lots of custom elements that lets our server spawn map stand out from the rest.
We also have a very small player base on our main server... ranging from 0 or 1-3 online at once, that's mainly due to not putting enough effort into keeping our players on the server. But luckily we still do have players playing survival.
We will release our new developed servers with three different worlds. That means we'll need a wide-range of experiences and skillsets to cover all the bases we require.
The key parts of our server will include:
- Quests
- Dungeons
- Custom Decorations
- Custom Blocks
- GUI Tutorial
- Exploring
- Roleplay
