I am currently selling a plugin called Hellblock, a nether skyblock plugin. You basically try to make your island the best, and complete achievements/challenges. This plugin comes in two parts, with separate prices. The actual hellblock plugin itself, and the Netherrack generator plugin.
Netherrack Plugin: Creates a generator that produces bedrock when you place two lava sources next to each other. This plugin also comes with an infinite lava source (extra cost for infinite lava source)
Hellblock Plugin: No permissions needed to be added! All permissions are given to defaults. The only command different is that Ops can delete/rollback islands. You can complete challenges/expand your island. There is a glowstone tree, with glowstone as the leaves and gravel as the wood. Inside the island there are two lava sources so you can create your netherrack generator. The island comes with soulsand at the bottom, and is filled with items in the chest.
Note: This plugin is completely configureable (to a certain degree)
