Well, me saying this probably doesn't make it any more believable, but I can assure you that I am the owner, after everything is fully setup, he will no longer be a part of the community or have any say in what happens to this forum.
I am not going to make any sort of vow that I won't delete posts on a regular basis, because I will. Do you expect for me to not remove threads such as ones stating false information, especially if they have no proof and just want to start a flamewar. I am going to be somewhat above this behaviour by being much less trigger-happy when it comes to deleting threads without reason.
In the future appeals may be opened to appeal bans of users, but a draw-back from this is that people who are banned will say anything and try to twist the reason of the ban to get them unban, which could lead to some users who should stay banned being unbanned. I'd still of course try my best to stop this behaviour.
Just like Verringer, I will be keeping a portion of the money that is made from MC-Market (which I believe is to completely be expected since I do need to make the money I paid back). I will however try to improve this site as much as possible by doing things such customising this forum and MC-Admin more (I have several plans), and purchasing advertising to help the forum grow. It will be difficult to let the community know where the funds are going, as that would mean that they know what secret features are upcoming.
I will look into the privacy policy of MCM soon.

Justification for leaving bans on people who were notoriously banned for unjust reasons is really too bad. There is a lot of sentiment towards these forums behind the scenes, hush hush through different venues... skype, discord, reddit. Go make a reddit thread about this site and see how fast it gets down voted to oblivion. People from the inside only see good, because most disagreements and decent is stomped out, but go outside the site and it's an entirely different landscape.. The editorial control has been borderline fascist. Has been going on long before you were even a part of these forums. Now would be the time to really mend all the wounds that Verringer caused, but honestly your answers are all kind of weak, albeit probably honest. Just doesn't sound very optimistic for those wanting change and improvements.
How do you suppose I make my responses strong then? I am 100% trying to improve the forum to be an enjoyable place for all, but I cannot simply change what has already happened in the past.

Start with peace in the middle east, and then maybe work your way down to unbanning people like Bebosny, TWSSYesterday, PB, and the countless other people that were pretty much cast aside and black listed for petty bullshit. Good people... people that put a lot of time and effort into making this site better, only to be tossed out like trash because Chris develops personal complex issues with people. It's not coincidental that this site goes through staff like underwear. The past year it's been like this... New admin/mod established... Chris micromanages the fuck out of them. No trust. No delegation. No point... Then magically a few weeks later they are "resigning", when in reality they were banned and the resignation was forced/fabricated so that people wouldn't ask questions.

Do not start rumours. Unless you do somehow have proof that the resignation of staff is fabricated, don't start anything. If you do, I'd love to see it.

Oh geeze, well maybe if the people weren't all banned they could speak up. I know a couple are still around that were pretty much forced out... Night and Mason, but I can't speak for them. However, what I do know is Mason was doing the right thing by banning a scammer, but ultimately had to "resign" over it.
Night left due to exams. I don't see why you have a problem with this, as Night and Mason clearly don't since they are so active and supportive.
I've never really been supportive of any of this, I'd just rather not voice my opinion to avoid the hammer.
