• 8GB (dedicated ip for bungeecord) + 6GB + 6GB
• Control Panel: Pterodactyl or Multicraft
  
• fast internet
• Intel Xeon E5 Or i7 processor
• EU location: Germany, France, Spain

Can you tell us a bit more information about the youtubers? They could just be one of the million minecraft youtubers that have a ton of subscribers, but get about 100 views per video.

Uhm 8gb ram just for bungeecord ???? You only really need 1gb unless your hosting thousands. A server you would be starting im assuming will only get like 100 players max because if you are running a server off stuff a host is giving you, its more than likely you dont have enough to pay for good ads and get the server name out there a lot. Like I mean youtubers with those subscriber sizes would probably get you little players on the server because not everyone plays on servers youtubers do.

Your requirements are asking for a lot. especially if your Discord only has 115 members, most people can get that in a day or 2.
