If any one knows how to use serverlistplus please contact me also i have a 1.8.8 server can i download a 1.8.3 pl or 1.8.1?

All 1.8 plugins should work with 1.8.8. There are some exceptions, but just try to see if it works or not. The worst that could happen is that it doesn't work. Then just remove it.
