Hello there.
I'm Maxim, an Australian Minecraft enthusiast. I've been playing Minecraft for around six years now, extremely experienced in most fields of Minecraft. Currently, I'm looking for a paid position on one or more of the following roles:
- Forum Manager.
- Administrator.
- Community Manager.
- Configurator.
At the moment, I'm looking for a Community Management role, as that's what I do best, and love. I'm always open to learning new types of roles, or willing to focus on an individual task or server. I will always give 100% of my time and effort to any server.
I'm very advanced in the Enjin website platform, every and any module I'll be able to edit, configure and manage. It's also imperative to me that I'm in-game, connecting with the community and the surrounding environment.
My role at SkyServers was to manage SkyHub, their first bungee-network server. For most of my time there, I managed their three primary servers, where I was doing most of the planning, configuring, managing and teaching. Mostly, I was doing most of the work and learning along the way, which is great.
During my time at SkyServers, I posted over 1,400 forum posts, over 500+ hours on SkyHub alone, in-game, and another 250+ hours in the console, and on other tasks. I grew SkyHub by 22%, and the staff team by 66%.
After two months of me working at SkyHub, I was able to get a 92% staff online rate, which is astonishing.
MaximuMusic was founded by myself, most of the coding was done by ATslayer and Astro. Both very talented developers, which worked very hard on creating an easy to use layout for the users and myself to manage.
As MaximuMusic grew, I used SEO techniques and advertising strategies, to focus each of those skills on search engines and advertisements. It reached around 7,000 views a-day at a minimum in traffic, and grew around 22% by the end of the year. For all of it's hard work, Enjin recognised the site, and won the award 'Featured Friday'.
