First of all, that's not worth anywhere near $40, and let me tell you why. The build overall is flat, the terrain around the building is awful, i doubt that the "organics" are made by the builder that built it. The entire build is made with 7-8 commands at best. Now i'm not trying to be rude or anything, i'm just trying to inform you. I think it would be worth around $5 if you find the right guy i guess, but GLWS anyway!
I would sell it at $ 15 minimum
