Vouch is saying you agree or would recommend. Business account means when the account is created they asked for it to be a business. Such as think Apple if they advertised their stuff by making posts that would be a business. It's not for buying just selling.

And a vouch copy is where you give a copy of your product for free to another member and they will vouch for you if it works as expected.
