mojang are very slow at responding to tickets thats the only real form of contacting them.. They started responding to a ticket made about an account which was scammed off me however for some reason they stopped
Took them about a month to answer me. I'd say, do research about your issue or just be patient with Mojang.
So guys i opened mine months ago about my account and i still haven't recieve any responds.their emails are extremely delayed, i made an email in late june and they only replied like a few days ago

Every few days they update it. Check your email for the confirmation from Mojang, the you will have a rough estimate of when you will get a reply. The backlog currently is about 2 months.
Unfortunately, there is no way to skip the queue. Although, if it's urgent, you could tag @ MojangSupport on twitter, provide your reference number and say it is urgent, no guarantees though.
