Help about mojang ticket

I opened a ticket like a month/week ago and i still didn't get any respond from anyone is there any way to contact mojang easily?

mojang are very slow at responding to tickets thats the only real form of contacting them.. They started responding to a ticket made about an account which was scammed off me however for some reason they stopped

Took them about a month to answer me. I'd say, do research about your issue or just be patient with Mojang.

Every few days they update it. Check your email for the confirmation from Mojang, the you will have a rough estimate of when you will get a reply. The backlog currently is about 2 months.

Unfortunately, there is no way to skip the queue. Although, if it's urgent, you could tag @ MojangSupport on twitter, provide your reference number and say it is urgent, no guarantees though.

Too much, idk why is it taking that longer i just need this ticket solved.
