Help ASAP! Can't join any Minecraft server anymore, crashes instantly.

Hello.
Since yesterday I have been randomly hit with this unwanted bug or whatever. When I try to join a minecraft server, usually it's stuck at Loading, or it just instantly crashes my game when I just joined. I also can't join a singleplayer world anymore, basically can't do anything.
I play with OptiFine 1.12.2, I tried any other version and also without OptiFine, still didn't work.

-Before you yell at me saying ''Turn of your VBO's'', I have that turned off.
-I have also tried reinstalling the game.

This can be your CPU which has issues loading the chunks. This happened to me a while ago.
Try another game which uses alot of your "CPU" and you will see it happens aswell.

And now I can't login into my minecraft account anymore, this is getting absurd. How is this all happening at once, I didn't do anything special. I changed my password to ensure I got it right, and it's still saying failed.
Going to try to get everything resolved as soon as possible..​
