UPDATE: Job Interview Complete
Here are questions I was asked and what I responded, let me know if I responded correctly.
Favorite subject in school?
Used to be math when it was in the middle where it wasn't too easy or too hard, but now it's science because I've been pulled towards technology and computers and stuff.
What's your GPA?
(Then responded with my GPA, nothing special)
How are you getting transportation?
Parents take me home from school, instead they can take me to work when they go to work as well.
Would anything get in the way of working for you in the next few months?
No, there's nothing to do in other cities that isn't offered here in (my city), and relatives live pretty far so visits would be once in every few years.
If you were in the situation where you don't like a co-worker that you have to work with, what would you do?
I'd talk it out with them, ask them about why they don't like me or my ways, and try to resolve our issues, because sometimes first impressions can be bad, and it's best to clear things up.
So if they still hated you after talking, what would you do then if it affected your working?
I would speak to a manager or a boss about what's going on and that I think it would be best to separate us for both of our jobs sake.

All the questions I remember, will edit post if I remember any more.

Job interview is tomorrow. Obviously I've looked stuff up on google, and it has helped, but I need some live support from people.

Do I need a resume?
This is my first job, and I'm 14 in 8th grade. I've looked up example resumes, and I have no work experience, no extra high school classes, none of the fancy stuff. All my resume would be is my personal info, my school and info about my schoolwork probably, and sports I do.
I'm interviewing for a place that I'd prefer not to say, you can PM if you want to know, but it's the most casual place I know. I walked up to one of the 14 year olds working there, and he was like "pull up my nigga" (14 year old white kid kinda fat) and he managed to get a job. Another reason this place is really casual, is when I was trying to turn in my application, the lady told me to come Wednesday (tomorrow) for my interview. Nothing else said. I really need some opinions on how I should do this.

Current Plan:
Show up, dress nice, slightly casual. Bring no resume and have the application that they gave me two weeks ago. That's all.

Tell them you have 29 positive rep and 0 negative rep on a minecraft forum.

But in seriousness, your current plan sounds good.
Asked on a sneaker discord and they told me to bring yeezys and show em off Kappa

I'm fifteen and followed your plan got hired but on my first day on training they fired me when I walked in the door because the manager that hired me thought she could hire me with a working permit. The company didn't allow anyone under sixteen to work for them though. Just think the questions out before you answer them and answer them honestly and you'll be good.

Dude if youre in 8th grade, is it really a good idea to get a job?
Yes. I have plenty of free time and plan to work on Wednesdays and the weekends. Homework isn't an issue and my grades are above average.
I also need money to cop Blue Tints

I think it's a nice experience for someone your age, especially since you are not in highschool so the workload is still pretty small and you have freetime.

Just get someone, like mom or dad, to do a mock interview with you. It's good to be verbally asked questions and you'll be surprised at how much easier it'll be to formulate thoughts once you've run through the practice a few times.

I held a job from 13-17 and once I started post-secondary I had co-op placements to make money. It's a great idea to work while still in school!

Even if they don't require a resume or CV, it's always a good idea to bring one, it shows your professional side that they would be looking for during the interview. One of the things you have to understand about a resume is that employers expect people applying for smaller part-time jobs like this do not have a complete resume. I'd consider creating a resume either from a template or from scratch, including some things you've done in the past (projects etc.) and add some characteristics about yourself that would make you a good applicant (teamwork, leadership etc.).

As for the actual interview, depending on the position and company you should different things. Business-casual would be a tucked collared shirt, neutral khakis and a pair of leather or suede dress shoes. Ties are optional but depending on the business would be recommended.

Best of luck to you, let us know how it goes!
Thanks for the info man, I was planning on writing a resume but I honestly think that this is the most casual workplace enviroment I know. It's not corporate, it's more casual than McDonalds, and half the kids that interview for it are kids that go here daily, which I used to do until school dragged me away. It's also locally owned and not corporate, so I don't really know facepalm[DOUBLEPOST=1511925839][/DOUBLEPOST]
Congrats man!

Your first job is huge, good for you!

You won't need a resume. Go in there with an air of confidence about you, but don't overdo it. Make sure you keep stable eye contact, you're breathing normally, and show that you're relaxed. A firm handshake is also very reassuring for the employer. Be sure to give clear answers to his or her questions, and smile.

Remember, you're in 8th grade, so relax, and don't stress to much about it.

Good luck!
Thanks, that's what my parents and my relatives are all saying, but I'm getting mixed views.
If anyone thinks I should write a resume, PM me for a detailed description of the place as it may change your view, it's not a typical fast food joint or anything.
