I had a server going in Late January and early February, I had a good 20+ Player base and peaked at 35 + on weekends, I got a good amount of donations and I wanted to keep going, then it died down for some reason. What makes players happy? This isn't a thread about what to add to my server, but how to maintain players. you all

Tried updates and events, they didn't really comment which I thought to be quite odd.

Hire youtubers and maybe an advert manager if needed.

What keeps players is a good community.

You can have fun gamemodes, but it will not be as appealing unless they have good players to play with!
Also make sure you have very experienced and friendly staff, players love that.

Don't act too needy on donations, etc.

Release new gamemodes, or add something new to keep it interesting!
This could even just be a new rank, a sale, anything
