Help charging back on scammer

I need help charging back on some one who scammed me $20 on here . Add me on skype if you can help . I payed through goods and services to prevent not being able to charge back on F&F .

i have proof of him scamming me . I made a scam report with the proof but don't know how to charge back ._.

From my experience, calling PP directly has always worked better and faster.
