Hello, I need help. I am trying to change the name colors of people but they are just not changing.

It's dark because of the display name, if you use pex, /pex group Owner prefix "&8[&4Owner&8] &c" and that'll make the username &c. You need the " and " with it btw. For group manager the " and " are not required.
