[HELP] - Currently in need of support!

Hello, It been 2 days now and I've haven't found a way to disable passive natural mob spawning, the reason i'm saying passive it because that the only mobs that are currently naturally spawning in my world.

I've tired everything:

- Installed multiverse, to disable spawning - Didn't work.

- Ordered 2 Dev's to make a custom plugin to disable natural mob spawning - Didn't Work

- Went on bukkit.yml, Changed all limits to 0 - Didn't work.

I've tried everything, even removing plugins that may conflict that also didn't work. I need support ASAP, i'm using PapersPIGOT 1.8.8, and don't blame paperspigot because i even tried changing my server jar file it still didnt work!

I will vouch and appreciate so much who ever helps me!

Difficulty peaceful will be the same as applying the mob-spawning deny flag to __global__ through regioning except it doesn't disallow passive mob spawning which isn't really the intended results as its supposed to be allowed through mob spawners and mob spawning without that or a spawn egg is supposed to be entirely disabled and not just allow passive mobs to be in effect.


Unfortunately that's not really my area.

All I really know of this is that it can be modified in the worlds.yml or through the use of multiverse but if neither of those work I'm not really the person to ask sorry. (If they've already spawned make sure to use either /butcher or /killall @e to remove the current mobs loaded so you can see if it works afterwards)

Do /difficulty peaceful, then /gamerule domobspawning false, /save-all and then set it back to /difficulty normal then another /save-all . If your using a vps or a dedicated server make sure that all of the server files are chmodded to 777 to make sure that the server can read the config.
