Help Desk Software

Hey all,

First of all, I would like to apologise if this is in the wrong place.

Now onto what I need:

I need a help desk software that will:

• Let my staff open, read, pendin and close tickets created by users.
• Have a live chat
• Have Stats of the server
• and will let me create an information page.

If anyone knows a software like this for free, please contact me asap in a private message on here.

OSTicket is a good, open-source support ticket system. I think that will suit your needs perfectly!

How do I install the self installed version?

It should have installation instructions on the website.

Does it need windows or can it work with centos 6.7? and can you find instructions for centos 6.7 and cpanel?
