[HELP] Faction NameTags?

After watching
I wanted to know how do you add nametags which are like [FactionName] [PlayerName]. I dont know how to do this Im currently using Drtshock's hcf factions plugin and wondering if I have to enable something or do something in the config or if I need to use another plugin
