Help finding a plugin that disables chat for player.

I am looking for a plugin that can disable and enable chat for a certain player on a server.

Anyone know any plugins?

I have only seen plugins that disables the chat for everyone on the server.

It's not though. I want the player with their chat disabled to see NOTHING in chat.
