Help finding accounts with mob skins

Hey, a long time ago I think I'd seen a website with a bunch of accounts that are set to mob skins and never changed. I cannot seem to find these now and I need them for some configs.

If you have a link or any idea as to where a list of these accounts names are please leave a reply or DM me, it would be greatly appreciated ^_^

Pretty sure there was a library at some point that didn't require actual MC players to have that skin.

For some plugins like ShopGui+ if you want to have different heads you can only use player names to my knowledge. I don't understand what a base64 custom skin is so this is what i'm resorting to lol, thanks though.
