Help fix my server

Hello, I am currently making a server but I have come across a problem with bungeecord. It says, If you wish to use IP forwarding, enable it in the bungee cord config as well. I did everything correctly too but it keeps saying this. Can someone please help me out? Msg me on here or my discord BeSociable#2374

This happens when I try to join the hub. If you fix this for me, I will pay you.
