The board you posted is AMD socket
i7 3rd gen uses LGA 1155 socket so no, it will not work. You have to find something with LGA 1155
Depending on what 3rd gen processor you have yours may still work fine for current games, but I still think if you have the money you should consider just upgrading to a newer CPU instead of investing into a 7 years old microarchitecture

I was looking for rayzen 7 2700x?, Is it good?, AMD or Intel?
Thanks.

Yes, the Ryzen 2700X should be good with that motherboard.
There is not too much of a difference between the 2700X and the 2700. They both come with (different) good stock coolers featuring RGB. The performance of the 'X' is a little better. If you have more money you can also move up to an even better processor, but the 2700X will be more than enough for 1080p gaming if that is what you are going to be doing on it. You will need to have a discrete GPU for it if you dont already have one.

Thanks,
I think intel has processors that perform about the same at that price point (Look up benchmarks), but if you are using with the motherboard linked above you have to go with AMD Ryzen or a newer Athlon. And in your price range I think the 2700X would work
