Help for some console spam I can't figure out. Can you?

Hey! So I just looked in my console and saw the same messages I've been seeing for like the past two weeks. Can any of you figure out which plugin may be causing this error?

Is on the plugin called "CitizensCMD" when you try to remove a NPC.

Try to disable it, and see if continues spam.

That seams to be working, now how can I use CitizensCMD without it spamming?

Try to remove the old folder of CitizensCMD, and put again the plugin and done. Maybe it will work.
