Help from fellow cinematographers!

Soooooo, I am a cinematographer for like 3 weeks, I progressed very well from crap that I recorded with OBS to a pretty decent edited cinematic.
Now, I am able to make stuff like this


But, I am NOT happy with that, I feel like I can do more but the thing is, I am editing with Hitfilm, now , for those who didn't know, HITFILM IS GARBAGE it's like, it's annoying, it crashes randomly, and you can see yourself spending 20 minutes on each export that you're not even sure about, which SUCKS.

Now, my questions are :
1. How and where do you edit your videos? Anything you can help me with it? How did you crack the editing software(if you did), is it hard to learn?
2. Which tutorials have you to watched youtube that might help me with the basics?
3. Any major keywords that I am gonna need in my time on that editing software to learn and search on youtube?
Example :
Hitfilm, you're gonna need learn how Velocity, Blur, Shake and the graph tags work if you want to use it for cinematics.

I really appreciate the time and effort you put into this reply and the fact you're not a cinematographer, but I'm constantly being told that vegas is terrible since it really limits your creativity and it's too basic, I was told many times to switch to After Effects, the problem is, I have no idea where to even begin.

If there's anyone here who reads this and got experience with AE, please feel free to post on the thread

I am also trying to get better and have been told sony vegas is bad and that I should switch to AE but I have 0 Idea how to use AE

First thing to note, you'll ALWAYS be limited in terms of creativity if you plan to use Hitfilm, Sony Vegas, or any basic editing software permanently. After Effects will expand the limits tremendously, whether it takes a month or a year.

1) After Effects CC. Just look up "after effects cc 2018 crack" on YouTube, there are plenty of legit results.
2) I originally started with Sony Vegas, so I had an idea of what some of the terms were which helped a lot. Some key features of AE that SVP doesn't offer is easing, advanced compositing, and the many features of visual effects. Once you get the hang of basic features, the "harder" tutorials are much easier to understand.
3) Easing, shakes, motion tracking. Tutorials are helpful in further understanding one feature, but you'll learn a lot on your own.
