Help growing my server

Recently, I opened up a server with 20k youtuber BlueberryJam. We're doing well with donations, and our player base peaks at 25 on the weekends. I am looking for ways to grow the server. Money really isn't a problem, we have a decent amount. I emailed 7 youtubers and didn't get 1 reply. We can't afford full slots yet, and I'm not paying $60/hour for .org. Please let me know what I should do, we are looking to grow the server. Thanks.

BlueberryJam isn't a huge YouTuber, for a start.

I know, but we have enough money to buy more advertising. The question is where to spend it.

Take advantage of every advertising spot.

Advertising is the most important, and you need to get things that are 'special' so ppl specially come to your server for that

Try look for small youtuber's that has a good amount of audience
look for around 10-20 small ones with around 1-2k views

Why look for small youtuber's? they most likely have different type of audience
