[Help] How can I make my GIF Image file size smaller?

Hello, I need your help.

Basically the story is this, I want to change my avatar into a gif image but the problem is, it's 41KB.
I need your help, Please help me out by giving me useful sources to file size shrinkers for gifs.
I hope you can help me

Try a different gif, it could just be that gif that's having an issue. afaik nobody else has had issues with this.

I made it fresh on gimp, It must work!

I've tried, It doesn't work, its got to do something with the forums.

I remade the gif from the frames:

I was able to set it as my avatar.
The delay is a bit diffrent but it's ok
