HELP! How long does it last before OVH Gets my VPS ready to use

Once they accept your payment, you may receive an email from them requesting you to send them verification (ID and utility bill). Once you have uploaded the required documents they should verify and provision your order promptly.

Once you have paid for your server, you will receive a confirmation email. Too confirm that you have the server go over to the OVH panel, go to cloud, then servers and you should see your VPS.

If it's a new account, they may send you the verification email. It seems to be random which accounts they ask for verification from.
If you have already successfully ordered from them before then the order should go through once they process the payment (usually no more than an hour or two).

Try contacting their phone support if you still haven't heard anything from them.
