Servers that allow foreign languages: 50.00$ USD - 90.00$ USD

Servers that prefer English: 20.00$ USD - 50.00$ USD

Yours sounds more likely. But still I think most YouTubers work around 10$ CPM.

So 500$..? Per Video, No, To be completly honest due to his viewer base and View amount 10$ would be to high. For example, JeromeASF costs around $2000 last time I had a client attempting to purchase a video. But he gets more than 200k Views, around 2 Million. Would not be 10$ a CPM would be like >$5 per million.

In my opinion, this is fair, as most people tend to want an English player base, and based upon statistics, US players tend to donate the most. @OP your friend would not get what a normal YouTuber would, not nearly as much, due to the audience's language.

To be honest, it depends what sort of speaking server it is, Like If I were you i would charge, about 80$ Minimum for a video for an English Server, Then for a Spanish one I'd go with about 150$ minimum or so, This is my opinion of prices
