Help! How to make a MOTD Plugin

I am wondering:

1. Is it possible to make my Bukkit MOTD show up as my BungeeCord MOTD
2. If not possible, is there a plugin where you can change the BungeeCord MOTD in game? (If it exists)

Check this plugin you can edit the motd's in config and reload the motd's by "/advancedpackage reload" command!

The OP wants to edit it in game, also that resource is ridiculously over priced.
