Starting a server is actually a great way to learn, I don't see why he'd need experience to run a server.

Also, your paying 5.50 a gig in ram, you can just get a cheaper host on mcm and then use that extra money on plugins.

Leave the man alone, he's just trying to get some help and I don't think that he needs 5 of you to understand he needs experience. You just download the plugins (I recommend FAWE), select the mc version you're running on, and download it. Then drag and drop into your plugins folder and restart the server.

Bro why not make a local server, learn while developing it, and then when you know a bit more in X amount of months. During that X amount of months, you would've saved a bit more up, so then you can either pay for hosting or get a dev
