Help, In terraforming

Hi I need some help , How do I make rivers in world painter not with water but with other blocks? Such as blue glass etc

Use ground Cover layers with negative thickness. It's a bit tricky, but you should be able to do it.

Showed him how to do a basic one, but wouldn't look good at all.

Yeah, it's difficult to make it work. I still struggle with it as well.
The other alternative MIGHT be to use a custom tunnel layer, and change the floor material OR add a custom ground cover layer to the floor. That might give a bit more control. Still not ideal though

yep. Though it's theoretically possible to resolve this using Worldmachine masks, it's still sketchy as all hell. Way better to simply make it water, then go ingame and change the water to the desired material, then refine with Voxelsniper
