Get it delivered to a house for sale in your area. Really the only way to do it or you can make up a story to your neighbors, say like "ohhhhh I'm not going to be home and I'm expecting some packages. Is if fine if I ship it to you and hold it for me in the meantime blahh blah..."

Also why would it be a problem if you shipped it to a friends house? Tell them to tell their parents a story similar to the one for the neighbors and that should get it done. So long as they don't go through the package you should be fine, and really there should be no reason for them to go through it since it's not theirs, simple as that.

OK well how about you ship it to your house and say that it's your friends and your friend couldn't receive the package because he will not be home so your just holding it for him. Your parents should automatically respect that and not be bothered to open it. All that's left to do is say you gave him the package but just keep it and hide the excess shit that proves that you opened it.
