Well, I want somewhat of the same quality it's just I need to get the rendered filesize from 20mb to under 700kb as that's what the website requires.

Then how are people making insane gifs for server advertisement websites and getting them below a certain kb since thats all the website takes :/It's not like I can ever try downsizing it either as its the perfect size for the site?.

They lower the fps and don't make it any longer than 7s. You've done something wrong if it's that huge.
