Where do you find the most cheapest virtual assistants?

I want to expand my knowledge about where I can look.

I know Philippines probably is the hot zone then there's the Pakistanis, Indians, bangladeshis, & vietnamese, maybe Ukrainians n Bulgarians. But holly flip you want me to creigslist for labor? I need websites or places online that has these peps who accept low price in exchange for hard button pushen work.

schools are best... they are ready to learn. don't go to private schools -- the parents will pay a lot for their child.

Private schools have parents that pay for the child? Why not I pay to receive child and become "parent" too? I'm confused
