So like where a player gets 5 kills, they can do /rankup and go to rank Silver or whatever?

If so - Install a plugin where you get economy currency for kills - kills will be essentials currency
Then install EzRanksLite to do the rankups

EzRanksLite isn't just prison, it can be used anywhere.

I know but does it support kitpvp rankups? So 5 kills for a rankup for an example.

The plugin you posted was not the one I was wanted, it hasn't been updated since 2014.
