If you really need motivation, try doing some free work; get people to trust you in the beginning rather than going right off to work.

Just think about what you're doing with your life now. And how much more it could be fulfilled if you did what you dreamed of. Work your @$$ off towards that goal. Don't quit until you can't anymore.
