Help me out here

So I recently tried to buy a GameStop gift card from a guy, he sent me the code and I sent him the money, but I never gotten an pin so I couldn’t use it. He try to say I could use it without the pin if I go to the store and use the code there but when I went to my local GameStop, they said I can’t use it without a pin provided. Unless it was a physical card I could use it if the pin was scratched off or something. But this is a digital card, if he had bought it then he should of gotten a pin with it right? He had send me a refund but now wants me to send the money back because Supposedly he found out you can use it without the pin at the store. Just need some confirmation here from anyone that knows about GameStop gift card, this guy is trying to have me give him money even when I never got a pin from him and I couldn’t use it without a pin and after I called them to confirm this which he should of done.

Lol nah not yet, I told him he can try to open a scam report against me and I’ll provide proof even voice recording from GameStop but he hasn’t opened up a scam report yet.
