I’d say you should get a new name on YouTube. In my opinion, JJVlogz YT isn’t doing it. Try experimenting with different ways to make the same better by still keeping the same concept. Like for example, getting rid of the YT part. People know you’re on YouTube by fact that’s it’s a YouTube channel, you don’t really need to include that 
. Also your thumbnails look great, make a banner at a similar style to that. Finally, change your profile picture to something more personal, perhaps an edited picture of yourself if you’re confident enough for that. If not, change it to a custom icon. Maybe something that incooperates “JJ”
Anyways that’s just my opinion.

Also just saying, begging won't get you the 1k unless you find someone that's fortunate enough that also has a common passion to help you out. Unless it's like a big YouTuber that'd really enjoy your videos, I don't think you'd get that 1k from begging.
You gotta work to get there, reselling ogs, offering services (design, web developement, setups, all that great stuff), maybe making a server, maybe investing into crypto (although it's a bit of a gamble) there's a bunch of stuff you can do, and that's just the virtual side. Also, you should try convince your parents. How you do it is not my concern, you need to know how.

So. These are my thoughts whilst reading your initial post.
Hey Josh.
YouTube is pretty oversaturated with content creators at the moment, however keep posting quality content and you'll get there. Here's a few points from me, things I picked up on after a couple of your videos. First of all - your intro is way too long. In your latest vlog, it took 20 seconds before I got to the actual content. Try putting a super quick 5-10 second montage of what's actually coming up before the intro, or shortening it massively.
That sucks. You just gotta keep on doing what you're doing though. Nobody likes being bullied, but unfortunately that's always going to happen. If your dream is to be a star in the public eye, then this is something you're going to have to get used to and learn to just block out.
You really don't need $1000 to prove that dreams can be accomplished. Proving that your dream can be accomplished would be sticking at what you're doing, and promoting yourself.
Save up! Or do some favours. Find another way to work towards this. I guarantee there would be people out there willing to provide you with a free simple design, other people wanting to build their portfolio to achieve their dream of becoming a graphic designer.

Final Cut Pro is pretty sick, however there are many alternatives that you can start with or learn to use instead. Perhaps try asking for suggestions on what to use? See what the MC-Market community has to suggest.

Camera's aren't cheap - I get that. However why not try find yourself a summer job this upcoming summer? You're not likely to be able to do anything major at your age, but even if it's things like mowing lawns. You can still save up some dollar, and grab yourself a budget camera option which still meets your expectations and improves your video quality. There's plenty of cheaper options out there I'm sure. Perhaps see what the MC-Market community has to suggest?
Just keep spreading the channel by word-of-mouth, adding relevant tags to your videos, and keep your content flowing. I really don't think you should be spending this much money on trying to promote the channel. The time spent trying to raise this money, could be time spent producing content, or kindly asking people to check out your content and give a quick opinion.
