Guys I need help.

I was selling a server, I found 2 guys who were ready to pay $125 for the server.
I closed the thread, the website and the hosting because I already found the buyers.
Then, they said that they wont buy it bcz its too expensive after they guaranteed that they will buy it.

Now I cant sell the server because no one can see the website / the server because they are shutted down.

Can I file a scam report against them?

Honestly, I don't like people who retract offers as much as you do. Is there any way you can reupload server and website files on a host?
Is there anything to do except for a devouch?
You may do that, you have a good reason.

um... just upload pictures of the website and stuff.
Unfortunatelly, I have no pics of the website.
But I have the trailer that shows everything in the server.[DOUBLEPOST=1472324530][/DOUBLEPOST]
if its a website not a enjin, then he can use a free host to get pictures or he can just home host it
Its enjin :\

ALL OF YOU ARE WRONG!

Same thing happend to me though for selling an account. I had placed the account in auction and when it finally closed the buyer was no longer interested.

If you have proof of them placing a bid, or saying they would buy it, then they are %100 at fault. Rule #5.3 clearly states "Do not offer to buy an item or service if you do not intend to pay for said item or service." They obviously failed to comply with this rule and could face such consequences as as warning points, suspension, or even banned. In my case, M6Gaming cleared up my case by giving the buyer 24 hours to send the payment. If I were you, I'd go ahead and write a scam report but make sure to clarify you situation. Worked for me, I'm sure it'll work for you.
