Help me Please

So I have got a negative rep on my account, I did dispute it and did what he asked to get it removed even after staff said that it was unnecessary but then I went on holiday, then when I got back I still have it but for a different reason which still breaks the rules. I don't know what to do as I cant seem to get a response from the staff member and I restricted about of deals due to this. Can someone just please tell me what I can do to get it removed? Thanks.
