I would think that selling "recourse packs" is not allowed because your making profit off of something, but i have seen people use adfly to get money and also have another download button for direct..

Its a Minecraft "Market" it wouldn't be much of a market if you wern't allowed to be "making profit off of something". Thats what a market is for, selling things for a profit.

Selling a texture pack would be worth less than a 2 dollars tbh, not even profitable .

I never said anyone would. You were the one that suggested people would buy a texture pack, by saying "I would think that selling "recourse packs" is not allowed because your making profit off of something". You basiclly said people arent allowed to sell resource packs, because they are making a profit off it. Therefore by now saying no one would buy a texture pack, is quite contradictory.
