ordered a terrain from this person and he keeps coming up with excuses on why he can't send.
Read the pastebin and now read this bullshit, he is threatening to block me and not send shit so i "should watch out who i talk disrespectfully to"

To explain this dude makes me send in f&f then his account gets "locked because he used a fake account name on it" making me lose alot of money, then im like fuck it whatever so i pay more to his new account. Then he keeps refunding cuz now this paypal got locked so he makes me send through a grocery store.....
Now he is making fucking excuses and threatening to block and not send me a:

If someone could be nice and help me out with a hcf terrain i'll love you but i know alot of you won't because they cost alot.

Yah this is what I'd do. Just get adequate evidence and a little tip for the future is use a VPN to send money to someone with PayPal because if they scam you, you can log on without the VPN and say your account got comprised. PayPal will charge back every time.

Yes Paypal usually gives in easily and that's enough proof for it to work even if the person keeps an invoice

In my (limited) experience — with online goods and services, it’s fairly easy to win the dispute. You should be able to get your money back, although it’s unfortunate that someone you hired wasted your time and was unable to deliver a product of vital importance.
