Help me win this appeal

Basically I sold admin access to my Ark server a few months ago and now he decided to chargeback because the derver was short-lived and I lost the cb because I couldn't provide a tracking number for a (virtual item) so the fuck am I supposed to do. Someone please help as I'm now -300 in my paypal and idk why paypal wants a tracking number for a virtual item.
