I'm currently shit at editing, even though I love editing and want to become good at it.

So, if possible, tell what to improve in it, and if you wanna complain about the kills, I'm only Gold Nova 2, so I think I'm good for my rank

Alright, to explain well:
I love Sparkles' content and my content is inspired in his as I love his editing style and the way he makes the kills fit in with the music. But, for some reason, I can't record cinematics the way he does, I mean, to look clean. When I do it, they seem unprofessional and I need help

Add a Colour Correction make it look nicer.
Make some more stuff go on like adding cinematic's.
Then add some nice looking effect's and you would have a nice Edit

One of my problems is the lack of good effects to use. I use Vegas Pro 13, any ideas of effects or plugins to use?

Depend's do you have money (Or you can crack them)?
And you can always get after effect's edit in Vegas then chuck into After effects for CC, that's what i ust to do for Colour correction as a good plugin is Magic Bullet (I believe it's called).

I prefer the plugin way, as I'm utter shit with AE

Not to be rude, but this is basically just a video clip with a song and some time remaps on it.
It's a good start though, keep up the good work
If you want to know what you can do to improve, I suggest you get more familiarized with time remapping and duplicating the layers, using a motion blur, and color corrections with Magic bullet looks (plenty of cracks for all of these out there).
Also, if you don't already know how to encode your renders in .mov with small file sizes, then google "Quicktime alternative 3.2.2" and download/install the one from filehippo. (Not sure if you're rendering in .avi or not)

- Yes I'm shit, been editing occasionally for a month.
- Motion Blur won't help the kills effects much, and I'm gonna download MBL soon
- I render in avi and then encode it to MP4 so it doesn't take me 17813848271827 minutes to upload

Also, what should I use MBL for? Just for the Color Correction? I wanted to put the kills with more effect, the better they are, the bigger the "blast" they make
