Hello everyone,
I'm hoping to get some insight into an issue I've been experiencing with my gaming curved monitor, and I'm hoping someone here might have encountered something similar.
I recently purchased a new curved monitor specifically designed for gaming, and I've been encountering an error that's been frustrating to troubleshoot. The problem occurs intermittently where the screen will suddenly display a series of colored lines or distorted patterns, and the display becomes unusable until I restart the monitor.
Here are a few details about my setup:
Connection: HDMI
Graphics Card: [NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080]
Refresh Rate: [240Hz]
Things I've tried so far to resolve the issue:
Updating graphics card drivers.
Changing HDMI cables.
Adjusting refresh rate settings.
Testing the monitor on a different system.
Despite these efforts, the problem persists. I'm wondering if it's a hardware defect or perhaps an issue with compatibility. Has anyone encountered a similar problem or have suggestions on what else I could try?
Your help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you in advance for any advice or insights you can provide.
Best regards,
Steve
