hello! I’m just looking for someone who can help me decide where my funding should mainly go into like server/youtuber/configs etc wise just need someone who has been in the mc server community longer then I . And is also running one on how they made it successful.

Totally depends on how much money you have. Typically allocating 50% of the budget for advertising works well.
