Find a niche, but reputation isn't all that important really. I don't have that much reputation, but I don't feel a difference even in comparison to my first day here.Hey! I am new here on MCM. I need someone to help me gain reputation

Are you referring to actual reputation or the "reputation system" on here?
Actual reputation is impossible to be forced, it's a combination of different things such as: how long you've been here, how well-known you are, how you're publicly perceived, how many deals you've done, how trustworthy you are, etc.
The best way I can sum it up is to be active, helpful and a good community member over a long period of time who does regular deals that are decent worth. And of course don't be annoying/immature and unnecessarily rude to people. Your public perception is very important.
Here's what you DON'T want to do: Imagine someone joins recently and then they just talk talk talk nonstop, they don't actually know that much about the community and they just parrot what they hear the older members say. The only reason people know them is because they force it hard by shitposting a lot and they tend to think they know more than members who've done what they're doing for many years longer. You don't want to be one of those people because you'll be "known", not in a very positive way, but rather for those annoying qualities. 500 high-quality, useful effort-posts are worth much more than 5,000 random shitposts.
If you're referring to the "reputation system" then eh, it's not really reflective of actual reputation. The only nice thing about it is being able to organize your deals in one place, which is most useful to members who aren't that known. It makes it easy to see that they've successfully done deals in the past.
So if you want more of these, then simple, just do more deals. But DO NOT force it. What I mean by this is don't rep farm. If a deal happens, it happens, but don't specifically try to do things to get more of those green checkmarks.
