Help on small Xenforo issues

I have 2 big but small issues.

1, on my xenforo site (mcskynations(dot)com) my custom navigation bar (not done by me) has a few buttons that dont go to the right link, i would like to change this but i dont know where it is.

2, there are some fonts that are the same color with its background, so i was wondering how do i change that, a few colors in the color pallet is locked for some reason so i cannot change that.

I dont mind paying but its too simple, im just bad.

Also i dont know what a vouch is, im new to Mc Market, i havent even exceeded my first 3 posts requirement yet
