Help PayPal Shut Me Down

Hey so have have made a decent amount of money off my server and the past 3 days i haven't been getting any income because of the following. I don't know what to do to fix this. Maybe make a new account and address the issues that the email said? The thing is i don't know what they mean exactly. I have rung them and they said i am not allowed to sell anything that modifys a copyrighted game? Yet I see 100's of other servers doing exactly what i am doing. This is really stressing me out as i need this fixed by the weekend.

If he has not received the money yet, the other person who sent the money is able to cancel/decline the payment. Or the other person can request un auth and win if he is smart.

He's obviously received the money already lmao. If you receive $700 you gonna accept that fast as hell.

If by that you ment its "ON HOLD" on his account, the other party can cancel that payment. The money has to be somewhere, if its in his account, but the account is limited, thats a different story.

No lmao. Once your PayPal account gets limited, ALL money in your balance is stored by PayPal. Then, in 180 days PayPal sends an email with a link to withdraw your balance into a bank account. Trust me, I've multiple accounts limited before.

Iv gotten limited before for the near same reason, but worked it out. It all depends on what paypal allows you to do. Best thing that could happen is the other party claimed the payment as unauth, and went smart with it.

Never said your balance disappears. It gets withheld, and PayPal prevents you from receiving and withdrawing the money. Then in 180 days, you can withdraw the money.

And if the other party were to claim the payment as unauthorized, if PayPal found ANY form of evidence proving it wasn't (such as this thread, which is unlikely), then PayPal can open up a police investigate for money fraud.
