So, I have £90 (GBP) in my paypal balance and I want it turned into cash but I can't withdraw it to my card because it is pending for 3 days then just get refunds back into my account. Anyone know a way to do this?

You get it in cash, by withdrawing it from either your bank or an ATM? Like you would with any other money in your bank account?

You pay him via PP and he will put it in your bank for you, via BANK TRANSFER, then it's in YOUR bank account.

OH.

You make no sense, when you withdraw the money it gets deposited into your bank account they don't send you physical cash, as you can't / not allowed to send money in the post.
