Help! PC Picking! - In need of opinions

I was looking at these two nice computers, and I want opinions. I am going to be using programs such as After effects, Photoshop, cinema 4d, etc, and I will be playing csgo and minecraft. I want at least 50 fps in minecraft and about 40 in csgo.

Which one will do this, and are my two options good?

I am in contact with the user, he has another one of them exactly the same, for the same price, so.

I'd say go with the iBuyPower one if it's available. Also, tell him to post it under his price set as the BIN that way you are covered by eBay buyer protection.
